Calla — Kirikiriroa, NZ

Hey Sam,

Saw the Baker Tilly refurb go up on your feed last week. Beautiful plywood work, the reception desk especially.

We're Calla. We do the plants. Bespoke fit-outs for commercial interiors in the Waikato. A handful of the Hamilton offices you'd know are ours.

If you're open to it, I'd love half an hour to walk the space with you. I think there's something quiet and good we could do between those plywood planters and the stair.

Worth a look?

Cheers, Jordan

Thanks for the walk round yesterday.

Good to see the space in person. The light through the east windows is even better than you described.

Below is the plan we talked through. Fourteen planters across reception and the open floor, a feature ficus in the drum planter by the stair, fortnightly maintenance so nothing dies on you. Full one-page proposal is attached.

Scope summary — Baker Tilly Hamilton

01. Plants, pots, install$8,400
02. Monthly maintenance$620 / month
03. Install window2 days
04. Scope14 planters · 46 plants · 5 species

Friday after next would work if you want it in before the open home.

Give me a shout if anything doesn't sit right.

Newsletter Issue 03 Autumn 2026
From Jordan

Hey Claire,

Quick autumn note from the Calla side. Your plants have been busy, and a few of them want to tell you about it.

— Ruby elastica in the mezzanine pot, March 2026.
In bloom— No. 01
Ficus lyrata
— 40cm flush
Boston fern

Rubber plant
— Outgrew its pot
Q & A— No. 02
Q.
Should we swap the mezzanine piece?

The rubber plant on the mezzanine has officially outgrown its pot. I'd swap for something more sculptural. We have a monstera deliciosa in the greenhouse that would own that corner. Happy to pop by next week — Thursday or Friday morning both work.

Until next season,
Jordan
